What is the Redevelopment Covenant? 

Belief that God is dynamically involved in each of our lives and renewing us daily has led the Federated Church of Ashland to look deliberately into the future.  Part of this deliberate look was to enter into a Redevelopment Covenant between the congregation, The Reverend Jason Rutherford, and our Area Minister for The American Baptist Churches of Massachusetts (TABCOM).  The Federated Church will work in cooperation with Jason and TABCOM to examine what the church’s specific role will be in ministry to the congregation, community and world and how to best implement ministry tools and service in the lives of those we are called to serve.  For more exciting information about Redevelopment covenants and the process at Federated Church of Ashland, feel free to contact the church at 508.881.1355.  The church is working directly with Tony Pappas, the Executive Director of TABCOM.

There are five churches in redevelopment.  These are: Hill Memorial Baptist, Allston, MA; Federated Church of Ashland, Ashland, MA; First Baptist of Cambridge, Cambridge,MA; First Baptist Weston, Weston, MA; First Baptist Roslindale, Roslindale, MA and First Baptist of Milton.
