The Reverend Jason Rutherford
The Reverend Jason Rutherford began serving as pastor of the Federated Church of Ashland on September 19, 2005. Jason is a native of Jackson, Mississippi where he graduated from Mississippi College with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology. Jason then studied at the Baptist Theological Seminary at Richmond, Virginia where he earned a Master of Divinity degree. Jason has served churches in Mississippi, Texas, Virginia, and Massachusetts. Jason is married to Kelly Rutherford and together they a daughter, Annabelle Elaine Rutherford and a son Daniel Garret Rutherford. In his spare time Jason enjoys camping and canoeing with his family as well as reading, traveling, and flying single engine airplanes.
